The 10 Power Principles of the Spiritual Life
A Workshop with author Victoria Moran
Everybody knows that having a spiritual life is a vital part of self-care, but conflicting ideas and beliefs can make it difficult to craft a spiritual life that works for you and grows with you. In this class, author and spiritual-life coach Victoria Moran (Creating a Charmed Life) works with the nuts and bolts of the inner life to enrich your practical life and help you to see what Victor Hugo called “one spectacle grander than the sky…the interior of the soul.” Expect to learn: the spiritual basics that show up in every culture and tradition; how 10 minutes in the morning can change your life; ways to both nurture your body and support your spirit; a technique to engage your soul as you walk around town; the reason why spiritual people are so annoyingly happy and how you can be one of them; the 10 Power Practices for becoming a mystic in the making. Attendees will receive Victoria's exhaustive bibliography, “Books for the Life of the Spirit.”

Cost: $15 if registered and prepaid by Sept. 7th; $20 if registering after the 7th.
