Anatomy of the Tarot: Reading from the Bones
A Workshop with tarot scholar Malley Heinlein
This workshop is a practical exploration of how to gain a working understanding of the structure of the Tarot – it’s underlying system. While the meanings of the cards are rooted in ancient wisdom, they are also alive, shifting and changing with every new reading. We will learn the basic system of numbers and suits within the Minor Arcana – the “bones” of the deck – and the energies they suggest. These elements describe the various phenomena of the material world. We will also look at the Major Arcana’s story revealing the progress of the Soul’s journey through life experiences. We will show how this knowledge can spark our own individual intuition to understand the meanings of the cards without consulting a guidebook.

Cost: $20 if registered and prepaid by Apr 30th; $25 if registering after the 30th.
